Renci Hospital will organize an internal singing competition for their employees every year. Echo Music is invited to judge the competition. I would say it is a fun and interesting experience. One thing that surprise me is...the standard is actually pretty high!

I was pleased to see Lesheng in the finals judging with me. If people don't remember who Lesheng is...he is the project superstar finalists in the second season. We had a nice catch up session.

I will conclude by saying that this is the most heartwarming competition that I had been to. Regardless which contestant is performing, the crowd will all cheer along loudly. You will see people presenting flowers and blowing bubbles by the side. End of the day, competition is all about the experience...and this is a good one for everyone...including myself...=)
